Postage and Handling

Orders placed within Australia are sent with Sendle or Australia Post. We try our absolute best to get your order out the door within 1-2 days of order receipt. Shipping is usually 3-5 business days. 

Please contact hello@turnmelbourne.com.au for International orders prior to placing them online. 

Local Pick Up 

Local pick up is available free of charge. *Please select 'Local Pick Up' at checkout and you will be emailed with the order is ready to collect. 

Shipping Costs 

We offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $100. Spend over $100 and the shipping costs are on us! 

For larger items such as art you will be contacted with a seperate shipping quote. * Please select 'Large Item' at checkout so you are not charged until we have contacted you with a seperate shipping quote.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
